Up to $100M Direct Awards
Effective March 17, 2020 per DARS #2020-O0009, SNVC may receive sole source, direct awards up to $100M from our Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
Up to $25M Direct Awards
SNVC may receive direct awards up to $25M that exceed normal SBA thresholds and do not require a Justification & Approval per 13 CFR 124.506(b)(2).
Awards to SNVC cannot be protested
per 13 CFR 124.517(a).
No procurement competition
There is no requirement to complete procurements to SNVC before a direct award per 13 CFR 124.506(b)(3).
